What's your favourite cloud car?

RE: What's your favourite cloud car?
I've never owned one, but I always thought the Avenger and Sebring coupes were sharp-looking. The prices are reasonable but I've just never been able to shake my bias against fwd cars. It's similar to my prejudice against striker-fired pistols. All the new polymer-framed handguns use a striker as opposed to a hammer and I've always associated that setup with cheap guns. I know the Glocks, S&W, Springfield Armory, Taurus pieces are all of high quality and reliability, but I just can't seem to get around that one little obstacle. I was, however, recently looking into Sebring convertibles. I really wanted to get one for my wife...something I could drive on occasion and not be too embarrassed to be seen in. She told me she didn't want a convertible...W W WHAT?!?

It's okay, we're only related by marriage

She says they're too cold in the wintertime.
I say NUT-THE-F-UP and gut it out. I'm the MAN!

We won't be getting the convertible.
That shit never works.

RE: What's your favourite cloud car?
Since i spent the last 6 years at a convertible specialist shop, I have been balls deep in more sebring convertibles than i care to remember.
They are a good car. quite spacious but turns well. The convertible setup is old school american design but it has a glass window, a nice touch for any soft top.
They are now probably the cheapest soft top, ive seen rather new ones going for under 4k.

I can certainly install a top on someone else's if they go that route.

i always liked the Cirrus, which i dont see listed.

Late B body score!

RE: What's your favourite cloud car?
I see the Sebrings, 3-series bimmers, and Saab convertibles all going for around the same dough.
I like BMWs, but you pretty much gotta be a trust-fund kid to fix em when they break. So that leaves the Chrysler.
Oh, did I forget the Saabs? No. No I didn't.

RE: What's your favourite cloud car?
Well we have a 97 Sebring convertible the wife found for 1k last summer. Decent car. Put a new top and leather seat covers on it. She said she always wanted a convertible but hell she NEVER drives it. I have more seat time in it that she does. GEEZ
