if peoples respective states even enforce it...... Here they don't even do a visual check at the State Inspection stations. What race tracks except in Kalifornia would do an emissions inspection as part of Tech?

In California if you are driving a street car you cannot buy race gas at the pump. I think you'd be surprised what California would do......I really hope they fall into the sea soon. the rest of us will be much better off.
