RE: ATI Super Damper
Craig you do NOT need to pin a keyed balancer, the key and combination of the .0007-.001 tight interference fit is all that's needed.

Team Shake-n-Bake ftw!

RE: ATI Super Damper
17%

Just need to figure out which belt to run now. I am sure stock KB belt will be to tight. Still going to run 3.25" upper pulley.

Hmmm...Now you have me wondering again. Laugh
I spent a lot of time on the KB site trying to figure out which pulleys to use on my 432. Using the KB formula I came up with 19.9 psi on my 432 with a 17% OD balancer & 3.25 blower pulley. I know there will be some variances due to cam choice but this is a pretty big gap from what you are palnning. Brain fart, you are running a 2.8L and I'm running a 3.6 L .

RE: ATI Super Damper
I'm running into an issue with a install of one on a stroked 392 key crank. When I pressed it on it went in to far and the ribs do not not align with the other pulleys. I am scratching my head at this point. 17% ATI super damper.
