Could never sell it, came from Tibedoue (SP) side of family was carried/used Louisianna Unit, Field officers with full name engraved the ones they had to buy themselves, did use/carry back in the 60s during the 100 year re-enactments. (In hindsight not an overly smart thing to do.)

That's part of our problem moving to a new house. We want to down size but still want rooms for our stuff, Laugh friends call our house the museum.

Well went to the shit hole known as southern ohio this weekend to see the grand kids. Went to the monthly flea market and found a Springfield 1879 carbine, I love flea markets.

Well went to a motorcycle swap meet today, I rarely find stuff since I only buy pre war HDs and parts. But I did find a picture of a 1929 JD Harley with a soldier on it.
