RE: 11 second club
I like the look of the Centerforce. Cost is about the same as the McLeod since I need a new flywheel. Not sure I like how the McLeod flywheel setup is. Centerforce says 750hp but I think these ratings are pretty arbitrary.

The guy here local is running the center force at 840 rwhp and no problems so far. The thing I really liked about it was the pedal feel is just like stock, you don't have to use both feet to push the clutch pedal down.

Team Shake-n-Bake ftw!

Yes you do!

And I need the 392 rear gear and a little luck to get in the 10 sec club, even if it is only 10.999 Smile

I still don't like the slight chatter from the Spec but I have to admit it takes a licking and keeps on ticking. No slipping whatsoever.

Mine didn't fare so well. It's gone! Frankly, good riddance I hated it from day 1. Nice easy action, but it was pretty much only at the top half inch of the pedal and a PITA to drive in town.

RE: 11 second club
I would have replaced mine as well when I replaced the motor last year but could not sell it and it was literally brand new and just couldn't see dropping another $1400 on another clutch. So it will stay in till it fries.

RE: 11 second club
I am puting a centerforce in a customers car soon. We'll see how it feels. I have been happy with the Ram clutches, but you have pony up for the 10.5 and 900 series discs.

Looking forward to going to Woodburn where they actually do a nice job prepping the track. Amazing what a new blow off valve and a clutch will do..BangHead1

Saved me a butt load of money on a new short block...LMAO
